Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing WordPress websites, ensuring custom features, themes, plugins, and content are delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with developers, designers, and content editors to identify issues, verify fixes, and maintain the overall quality of our web projects.

Responsibilities

●       Test WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and content updates.

●       Verify website functionality across browsers and devices, ensuring responsive design and mobile compatibility.

●       Conduct content checks (text, images, links, media) for accuracy and consistency.

●       Document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies clearly and thoroughly.

●       Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve issues and validate fixes.

●       Ensure websites meet usability, SEO, and performance standards.

●       Participate in test planning and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

● year of QA testing experience with a focus on WordPress websites.

●       Strong knowledge of website testing best practices (functionality, usability, and responsiveness).

●       Familiarity with WordPress CMS structure (themes, plugins, and content management).

●       Experience testing responsive designs across multiple devices and browsers.

●       Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor inconsistencies.

●       Strong communication and documentation skills.

●       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

●       Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

●       Automation experience is not required for this role.

Nice to Have

●       Experience with project tracking systems such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Familiarity with SEO best practices.

Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Manila Time

Must be comfortable working Homebased

Must have reliable internet connection at home
