JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Manual Testing
  • Analyzes and reports overall test status and results
  • Conducts defect management
  • Develops drafts and executes test plans
  • Defines and implements quality process improvements focused on defect prevention
  • Generates documentation based on new applications to share and train QA team members
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of testing based on requirements/user stories
  • Able to read and understand requirements, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Mentors Junior Testers
  • Knowledgeable in defect management tools such as JIRA
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Creates detailed and well-structured test cases
  • Documents test findings (test evidence, bugs, change requests, etc.) with strong attention to detail
  • Develops and maintains test scripts, executes them, and manages tracking/reporting systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ensures accuracy in executing test cases
  • Effectively reports and communicates testing concerns
  • Analyzes user stories to document test cases/scenarios as per acceptance criteria, executes them, and documents the results
