Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manual testing, a solid understanding of Avaloq systems, and exposure to performance testing. The role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of applications through meticulous testing and collaboration with development and business teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform manual testing across various stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA members to identify and resolve defects.
  • Utilize Avaloq testing experience to validate core banking processes and integrations.
  • Perform performance testing to ensure system stability and reliability under varying loads.
  • Document and report defects clearly, tracking them through resolution.
  • Provide test summary reports and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester.
  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq is required.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools or methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work in a fully on-site setup (Makati or Ortigas).
  • With banking experience.
