kitchen staff

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a range of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
• Assist with the preparation of food ingredients, including chopping, slicing and mixing
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with food hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers
• Provide support to the Head Chef and other senior kitchen staff as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Staff or in a similar food preparation role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Strong culinary skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in following recipes and adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
