Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Officer with strong experience in the Fintech and Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Senior Marketing Officer will oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure brand positioning aligns with regulatory and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies tailored to fintech and EMI products and services.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine positioning and marketing activities.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials, campaigns, and client communications.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and impactful messaging.
  • Manage and monitor digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, and analytics tracking.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with industry partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Track and measure marketing performance KPIs to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing within fintech, EMI, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience in regulatory-compliant marketing within financial services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
