Job Description

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the Antonio's brand, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across all restaurant outlets. This role involves both digital and on-ground marketing, ensuring consistent brand identity and market presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).

  • Manage social media platforms and online brand presence.

  • Coordinate with operations and culinary teams for promotions, seasonal offers, and events.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer feedback.

  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners.

  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, image, and standards across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) a plus
