We are looking for an HR Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR, with skills in people management, recruitment, and organizing employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Assist in people management, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist or recruitment-focused)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM)
