About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team, supporting projects with a focus on structural solutions and project management. This role is ideal for early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment and develop cross-functional skills through rotational assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and managing telecom infrastructure rollout projects, with emphasis on structural design and implementation.
  • Support the development and review of structural solutions for telecom sites (e.g., towers, rooftop installations, foundations).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports using Excel and other project management tools.
  • Participate in rotational assignments across different functions within the rollout organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university (GWA must be indicated in the CV)
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects; exposure to telecom towers, structural design, or site rollout is highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, with the ability to assess, design, and support tower-related infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven ability to apply an engineering mindset to problem-solving, including site-specific challenges and rollout constraints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking. Familiarity with project management tools or CAD software is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
  • Willing and able to work full-time from the office, with flexibility to support field coordination when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
  • High level of initiative, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement, learning, and professional growth.
