About the role

Fabula Construction Corporation, a leading construction company in the Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical expertise and oversight in the design, planning, and execution of various civil and structural engineering projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards
  • Conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and identifying and resolving any potential issues
  • Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project management and decision-making
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance the company's engineering capabilities
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and other team members

What we're looking for

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, design, and construction methods
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, ETABS, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Amendable to relocate anywhere in the Philippines
