Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and profitability optimization.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in inventory management and stock control.
