Job Title: Employer Branding Supervisor

Job Summary

We're looking for a creative and driven Employer Branding Supervisor who can lead the way in telling our company story, showcasing our culture, and helping us attract the right people. You will work closely with the Internal Brand Associate and different teams to make sure our values, purpose, and people are seen and felt inside and outside Seller's Hub.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead campaigns that promote our company culture, people, and purpose
  • Make sure all branding content (social media, job ads, posters, internal comms) are on-brand and on-time
  • Guide and support the Internal Brand Associate in daily content creation
  • Work with Recruitment and L&D teams to align branding with hiring and learning goals
  • Collect and share employee stories that show how life at Seller's Hub looks and feels
  • Monitor the performance of employer branding posts and suggest ways to improve
  • Keep our employer branding calendar organized and consistent
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, HR, or any related course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or internal communications
  • Experience in handling social media pages and brand content
  • Good writing and communication skills (Taglish is a plus)
  • Creative and organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Knows how to use Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other basic content tools
  • Bonus if you have experience managing a small team or intern
