Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Financial Modelling & Management Reporting Specialist (Castaway Expert) to join our Clients' finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible to build Castaway models, analyse KPIs, review financials, and support CFO with reports and insights.

Work Set Up:


• Employment Type: Full Time


• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm


• Work Setup: Onsite


• Location: Makati


• Client Industry: Insurance & Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain Castaway 3-way forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow models.


• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI analysis, and variance commentary.


• Review client financials (Xero/MYOB/QB) to ensure accuracy and data integrity.


• Support the Principal CFO with analysis, board packs, and strategic insights.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in any field.


• 5 years of experience in a related role.


• Advanced Castaway skills (non-negotiable).


• Strong financial analysis and management accounting capability.


• High accuracy, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients.


• Experience in advisory, accounting, or CFO services (advantageous).
