  • Check spare parts for delivery or pick up based on corresponding approved documents like delivery receipts, invoice, transfer slip, inter-warehouse transfer and other related documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the same in terms of quantity, part numbers and other special information related to delivery.
  • Ensure the validity of delivery receipts, invoice, transfer slip by checking signatures of authorized officer or signatory.
  • Check all the items returned by delivery and validate attached documents.
  • Received and check spare parts from shipment and ensure the accuracy of the item in terms of quantity and part numbers.
  • Pick or prepare spare parts for delivery based, invoice and ensure the accuracy of the items in terms of quantity and specification.
  • Check all the requirements needed in the preparation of packing list and to ensure invoices whether GMA or provincial orders are released according to priority.
  • Check all outgoing spare parts if the corresponding labels and stickers are correct and matches with the actual parts being release.
  • Take into consideration all delivery instructions.
  • Participate in the actual inventory taking on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure that all significant information related to operation are handled with utmost confidentiality.
  • Perform related functions or other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior/s from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably College Graduate or Vocational Course.
  • At least 1 year experience in handling warehouse support services.
  • With knowledge in handling automotive parts.
