Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow in digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will support client campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website management, while contributing to measurable results in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Job Highlights:

  • Role Name: Performance Marketing Virtual Assistant
  • Monthly rate: 45,000
  • Work Schedule: EST or CST time zones, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent work-from-home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior digital marketers to support client campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Build email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Post and schedule social media content, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Manage website page creation in WordPress using Elementor, maintaining templates and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and update Google Business Profiles to enhance local SEO and online visibility.
  • Work with internal marketing partners on link building, citations, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to inform marketing strategies and identify performance trends.
  • Proactively communicate issues or roadblocks to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Continuously learn and expand digital marketing skills.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • Previous work experience demonstrating accountability and initiative (including internships, part-time, or summer jobs)
  • 1+ year of experience working with WordPress (preferably Elementor)
  • Experience using Mailchimp or Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns
  • Experience posting and managing content on social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or experience in a marketing agency or service-based business
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing across SEO, websites, or content marketing
