About the role

As a Checker at Golden Arrowhead Manpower Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of the company's warehousing and distribution operations. This full-time position in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Carefully inspect incoming and outgoing goods to verify quantity, condition, and compliance with specifications
  • Accurately record and document all checked items, including any discrepancies or damages
  • Provide detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any quality control issues
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to address any questions or concerns
  • Assist in the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse to optimise space and workflow
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehousing and distribution processes

What we're looking for

  • At least College Graduate
  • Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably as a Checker or Quality Assurance Officer
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficient in data entry and record-keeping, with good numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with various teams
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A keen interest in logistics and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
