  2. Identify and research potential clients in manufacturing and fabrication industry.

  9. CRM Management

  10. Accurately log all call activities, lead details and appointment information in the CRM system

  11. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.

  12. Team Collaboration

  13. Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts and messaging.

  14. Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections confidently.

  4. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Vtiger is preferred)

  5. Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.

  6. College Graduate
