Qualifications:


• Basic Knowledge of accounting principles and disbursement procedures.


• Experience in invoice processing, check preparation, and petty cash handling is an advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.


• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and process check and online payment disbursements accurately and on time.


• Review and verify completeness and accuracy of payment requests and supporting documents


• Record disbursements in the accounting system and maintain proper documentation.


• Maintain organized and up-to-date files of disbursement records and supporting documents.
