JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  1. Process New Policy Applications

  2. Review, verify, and enter new insurance applications into the system

  3. Data Analysis and Reporting

  4. Assist with analyzing and reporting financial data related to new business performance.

  5. Policy Issuance and Processing

  6. Support processing of policy issuance, including calculating premiums, billing, and preparing documentation.

  7. Database Management

  8. Maintain and update records for new business transactions

  9. Other Duties

  10. Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Office.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in financial processing
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to new business finance.
  • Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office Software
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to New Business processing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for interacting with clients and other parties.
