Assistant Manager, Senior Manager

As a Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager - Business Development and Marketing, you will play a
crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will identify and pursue
new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and
develop strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, including real estate developers, renewable energy companies, and infrastructure firms.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and
- close deals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution.
Business Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
Team Player:
- Collaborate and excel with a team of elite business development professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level executives, including CEOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Experience in Renewable or Large Scale agricultural/industrial is a PLUS, Chinese and Japanese speaking is a PLUS.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate, land solutions, solar and renewable energy, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
Location: Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
