Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and Management
  • Prior experience as an Accounting Supervisor (minimum of 2-3 years)
  • Experience of working with MS Office and accounting software (e.g. SAP)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong command of advanced formulas, data visualization tools (charts), and complex spreadsheet functions for efficient financial analysis and reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping, including key procedures, principles, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage and process large volumes of financial data accurately and efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in breaking down complex tasks, delegating responsibilities, and distributing work effectively to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and lead accounting teams successfully.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all financial documentation and processes.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
