Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven CPA ready to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to be part of our growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 3 to 5 years of solid experience in accounting and financial management. This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and internal controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of junior accounting staff.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong leadership competencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
