Job Description

- Reports to Operations Control Center Manager, Dispatch Manager and/or Duty Manager and under supervision of Flight Dispatcher (FOO).- Monitors all Aircraft ground and air movement.- Monitors all ground activities and ensures safe and efficient flight handling.- Provide support to Flight Operations and Operations Control Center on the operational needs.-. Coordinates with authority regarding Bay assignments and advise the respective flights accordingly.- Coordinates with Tower regarding Estimate Departure Clearances for all flights.- Coordinates with Ramp agents regarding Final Fuel, maximum cargo capacity and payload restriction for every flight as advised by the Flight Dispatcher or Flight deck crew. Coordinate with respective departments regarding their respective requirements to ensure a safe, efficient and economical Airline Operation.- Coordinate with respective departments regarding their respective requirements to ensure safe, efficient and economical Airline Operation.- Assist the Duty Manager in coordinating with Engineering and Ground Services in the event of aircraft changes due to deviation from planned flight schedule.- Assist the Duty Manager in coordinating with governmental or civilian agencies on air/sea rescue operations as applicable, air traffic rule, navigational facilities and other matters regarding flight movement and control.- Accomplish other functions that may be assigned by the Operations Control Manager or Duty Manager.- Provide hourly METAR for each flight/s.- Assist  FOO in coordinating for filing ATS flight plan for any last minute changes.- Provide assistance and support to PIC and/or FOO or designated member of the management in the safe conduct of each flight as relevant to his/her function.- Filing of post flight documents, records and other relevant documents.
