Sales Account Executive

I. POSITION SUMMARY An Account Executive serves as the client’s voice when developing and executing advertising campaigns. They help ensure the efforts of various team members (graphic designers, web designers, creative directors, project managers, etc.) and components (print, web, broadcast, social, etc.) align with the client's goals. They are responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers. Compiling and analyzing data to find trends. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas. Staying current on company offerings and industry trends. Maintaining a database of contact information. Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. Handling complaints and negotiations. III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field. Proven experience as a sales account executive for at least one (1) year. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply Extensive customer service experience. Ability to increase customer engagement. Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and time management skills. IV. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Working knowledge of a particular sales industry. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. Organizational and time-management skills. Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
