Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for lighting projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and technical team to recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close project sales within approved pricing guidelines.
- Monitor project pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain updated knowledge of lighting products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in project sales (preferably in lighting, construction materials, or related industry).
- Strong network with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to travel to project sites and client offices as needed.
