Valenzuela, Philippines BIGLITE INTERNATIONAL LIGHTING INC. Full time ₱1,080,000 - ₱1,500,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for lighting projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical team to recommend suitable lighting solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close project sales within approved pricing guidelines.
  • Monitor project pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of lighting products, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project sales (preferably in lighting, construction materials, or related industry).
  • Strong network with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willing to travel to project sites and client offices as needed.
