I. OBJECTIVES

ICD internship program aims to:

  1. Provide an understanding and appreciation of the different frameworks, values, and topics encompassed by the field of Corporate Governance.

  2. Expose interns to the advocacy initiatives and efforts of ICD towards campaigning for good governance in the Philippine corporate sector.

  3. Provide interns with an immersive experience in doing NGO work while dealing with personalities from reputable organizations and institutions.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Intern for the Corporate Governance Advocacy, you are expected to perform any of the following responsibilities:

● Be an advocate of good Corporate Governance

● Assist in:

o Maintain and update CGA records, including contact database, historical ACGS results, and meeting minutes.

o Support efforts to communicate effectively with clients. Assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings.

o Attend meetings and take accurate minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

o Assist in the development and delivery of training programs/ workshops on governance-related topics. Help organize workshops or seminars for committee members on governance matters.

● Handle other projects and tasks as may be required
