Advocacy and Public Engagement Assistant

Location: On-site, Quezon City

The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) National Office is looking for a motivated Advocacy and Public Engagement Assistant to support its advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the unit, including meeting scheduling, documentation, and coordination with partners.
  • Assist in the dissemination of official statements, advisories, and position papers to CEAP members, networks, and media.
  • Coordinate with media partners and government offices for advocacy-related events and public statements.
  • Design and prepare publicity materials such as posters, email blasts, social media posts, and press kits.
  • Manage and update social media accounts and mailing lists for advocacy initiatives.
  • Maintain organized files, trackers, and records for reports, requisitions, and media outputs.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Political Science, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and CapCut.

  • Experience in administrative coordination, media engagement, or event support preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, and aligned with CEAP's Catholic educational mission.
