Job DescriptionDrive business development and generate new sales in Metro Manila to expand market presence and coverage. Foster relationships with both new and existing clients in the region.
Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned accounts through effective communication. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new offerings. Track and analyze sales performance against targets to ensure alignment.
Prepare detailed sales reports outlining performance, progress, opportunities, and risks. Address and follow up on all issues raised by end customers or distributors, including product inquiries, marketing programs, orders, deliveries, invoicing, payments, and other related concerns. The Successful ApplicantQualifications:College's degree in EngineeringMinimum 2 years working experience in sales/project penetrationB2B industrial experience is a must
Good communication skills
Experience in product support/bidding process
Result-driven, able to work in a challenging business environment
Ability to take initiative, self-motivated, and possess problem-solving skills
