Job Objective:

Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

Job Description:

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals by effective territory management

  • Identifies new opportunities and develops opportunities within new market segments

  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to optimize market opportunities

  • Ensures execution of the developed sales strategies

  • Ensures execution of all marketing and promotional strategies and activities

  • Develops regional strategies for long term development and growth

  • Oversees all facets of the daily operations of each location, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Oversees the supervision of personnel which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and approves recommendations for personnel actions motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

  • Collaborates and interacts with internal and external departments to ensure that business goals are met.

  • Performs necessary travel with assigned territory

  • Maintains territory and mandatory reports as appropriate.

  • Develops positive and supportive relationships with colleagues, internal staff and management.

Experience/ Skills/ Qualities required:

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field

  • Knowledge of customer service standards and principles

  • Skills in organizing and establishing priorities

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, environment

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
