Job Objective:
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

Meet or exceed established sales goals by effective territory management

Identifies new opportunities and develops opportunities within new market segments

Develop sales strategies and tactics to optimize market opportunities

Ensures execution of the developed sales strategies

Ensures execution of all marketing and promotional strategies and activities

Develops regional strategies for long term development and growth
-
Oversees all facets of the daily operations of each location, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Oversees the supervision of personnel which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and approves recommendations for personnel actions motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

Collaborates and interacts with internal and external departments to ensure that business goals are met.

Performs necessary travel with assigned territory

Maintains territory and mandatory reports as appropriate.

Develops positive and supportive relationships with colleagues, internal staff and management.
Experience/ Skills/ Qualities required:

At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field

Knowledge of customer service standards and principles

Skills in organizing and establishing priorities
