About the role

Join the sales team of ERL Technology Solutions Inc. as a Sales Executive for South Luzon, based in either Laguna or Batangas. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in expanding the company's client base and driving sales growth in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your territory
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
  • Providing feedback and insights to the sales leadership team to improve strategies and processes
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or IT services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Familiarity with the Calabarzon and MIMAROPA regions, and established industry contacts in the area
  • Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales
