We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Agent
to join our team in the insurance sector. The role involves identifying prospective clients, promoting insurance products, delivering excellent customer service, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The Sales Agent will also participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about the latest insurance offerings and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and engage potential clients through various channels

·      Present and explain insurance products tailored to client needs

·      Provide exceptional customer service and support

·      Maintain and grow client relationships

·      Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

·      Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Qualifications

·      Strong communication and customer service skills

·      Proven sales experience; knowledge of insurance products is an advantage

·      Willingness to participate in training and stay updated with industry trends

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability

·      Goal-oriented and self-motivated

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)

·      Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
