The Instructional Design Manager oversees Instructional Design, Learning Innovation, and Reports Administration, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and management of assigned projects. This includes the development, review, and refinement of content. The incumbent conducts comprehensive training needs assessments, evaluates, and orchestrates a wide range of programs designed to support call center operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage project timelines, training outlines, and instructional methods to ensure effective learning solutions. Oversee LMS and KB platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational needs. Identify stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure project scope, time, and quality align with specifications.
Validate findings, assess client training content, and ensure compliance with standards and timelines. Research, collaborate with departments, and implement improvements for internal and client-specific training solutions. Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseBachelor's degree required; must be willing to work onsite, full-time.
Experience in BPO; 2-3 years in training content development and instructional design.2-3 years managing multiple projects using project management tools and methodologies. Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and other content-authoring tools. Strong partnering skills, adaptability, and innovative training design aligned with instructional principles.
Excellent English communication skills; able to work flexible hours and accommodate project schedules.
