Senior Learning Experience Designer with Technical Expertise


Description

This senior role involves providing leadership in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials.

  • Conduct robust learning needs analysis to identify situations addressable by training solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively across functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our learning experience design team and drive the development of innovative training solutions.


Responsibilities

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including:

  • Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of learners.
  • Conducting learning needs analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective training solutions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading small projects, initiating meetings, communicating risks, and following up on deadlines.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education or instructional design.
  • At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
