Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop engaging learning content for various modalities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and eLearning technologies. They will be responsible for creating effective course content and learning activities that meet learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply recognized models to rapidly design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities.
  • Identify best delivery methods for meeting learning objectives and adapt instructional materials as needed.
  • Author training material using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and other systems.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and methods related to adult learning theory and learning technologies.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can identify problems, evaluate options, and initiate solutions. They will be motivated by challenges, have a positive outlook, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:
  • Two+ years of experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred), and MS Office.
  • LMS Administration experience, particularly with Docebo.
