Job Description:

  • Represent the brand.
  • Responsible for selling For Keeps products.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide product knowledge and information.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, terminals, and sales invoices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
  • Manage inventory by regularly counting items and checking availability.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
  • Follow all Store, Company and Mall Policies
  • Attend orientation and training in the office as scheduled.
  • Perform other tasks required by superior.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of significant selling experience in a retail environment. Preferably in skincare or beauty industry.

  • Knowledge in POS systems.

  • Knowledge of the Sprout biometric system is a plus.

  • Passionate about Skincare
  • A believer or advocate of clean beauty philosophy is a plus
  • Presentable with a pleasing personality
  • Can speak in English and/or Tagalog
  • Able to perform simple math for transactions, discounts, and stock management.
  • Driven, assertive, and hard-working
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills
  • Good visual merchandising skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Willing to work in a long hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
