Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, file, and organize office documents and records
- Encode and update data in the computer system
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
- Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate or College Level
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Can work well with a team and follow instructions
