The Transition Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and executing the seamless transition of services, processes, and systems to drive effective organizational change with minimal disruption. This position involves meticulous coordination with stakeholders, proactive risk management, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of transition activities.

Responsibilities:

Transition Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
  • Define clear transition objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Ensure all transition activities support overarching business goals.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Assist in gathering basic transition requirements from stakeholders.
  • Share updates on plans and progress when needed.
  • Help address concerns and support expectation management.

Risk Management:

  • Help identify and note potential risks during the transition.
  • Suggest basic steps to reduce risks when possible.
  • Assist in monitoring and sharing updates on risk status.

Resource Management:

  • Assist in coordinating resources needed for the transition.
  • Help ensure tools and systems are available when required.
  • Support teams in resolving resource-related issues.

Process and System Transition:

  • Assist with moving services and processes to the desired state.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and follow basic security guidelines during the transition.
  • Support progress tracking and suggest adjustments when needed.

Training and Support:

  • Offer support and resources when needed during the transition.
  • Help maintain documentation and share key knowledge as required.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Help track basic transition progress and key milestones.
  • Share periodic updates with the team and stakeholders.
  • Review results to suggest possible improvements for next time.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep updated on relevant trends and practices in transition management.
  • Suggest ways to improve transition processes.
  • Apply lessons learned to make future transitions better.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transition management, project management, or a related field.
  • Profound knowledge of transition and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and leadership qualities.
  • Effective under pressure with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work during US time zone
