"The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the release management process, which includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders and functional teams to identify functionalities approved for deployment and gather all necessary information

Ensuring that an appropriate communication plan is in place and coordinating with the internal communications team as needed

Verifying that required documentation and/or training materials are updated accordingly

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system records by updating statuses and adding relevant comments to tickets

Coordinating with third-party vendors to support the delivery of configurations"

1. Role Overview

  • Position: IT Project Analyst

  • Primary Responsibility: Oversee the change release process, including:

  • Gathering requirements from functional teams

  • Leading Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Managing configuration releases to production
  • Ensuring proper documentation and process supervision

2. Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience in leading/coordinating projects

3. Skills & Tools

  • Preferred: Experience with Workday, Jira, ServiceNow
  • Agile/Scrum experience is highly recommended
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
