We work in agile squads (Design, Animation, Development, AI) to help visionary businesses launch and scale faster.

The Role

We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to act as the bridge between clients and our internal squads.

You will turn client ideas into actionable plans, run agile sprints, track progress, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with clients and our teams to bring projects to life while building processes that scale as Kreatex grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery sessions to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate client goals into clear tasks for squads.
  • Plan and run 2-week agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Monitor progress using PM softwares and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Provide weekly updates to clients and manage expectations.
  • Build repeatable processes and templates to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in project management or delivery in a digital, tech, or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Familiar with PM tool, task management and client portals.

Nice to Have:

  • Scrum Master or Agile certification.
  • SaaS or startup experience.
