Job Description:

The Sanctuary Mobile Cafe, Bar and Grazing Table.

  • Drive sales by generating leads, building networks, and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and related documents to potential and existing clients.
  • Manage and update official social media page dedicated to mobile services: Create engaging posts, promote offers, and interact with followers.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to boost bookings.
  • Represent The Sanctuary at expos and events to connect with more clients and grow our reach.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with event suppliers, coordinators, and organizers to create tie-ups and expand market opportunities.

The Sanctuary Cafe and Bar

  • Manage Kaizen projects.
  • Create, author, and publish engaging contents and visual assets across official social media channels.
  • Provide support in planning, coordination, and promotion of events and special activities.
  • Design and produce promotional materials and digital advertisements to supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and assist in product photoshoots to ensure the creation of high-quality visuals and effectively showcase offerings.
  • Provide support in event execution and post-event engagement, including documentation and reporting.
  • Design and produce marketing collaterals to support both digital and on-ground campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A sales-driven marketer who can confidently close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledgeable in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage, and events industry is a plus.
  • Amenable to working late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite at Maginhawa, Quezon City.
