Join our motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Agent to join our on-site call center team in the Philippines. In this role, you'll be reaching out to potential and existing customers in the US, introducing our products and services, and helping close sales. You'll be at the front line of our sales efforts—building strong relationships, creating opportunities, and hitting your targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential and existing US customers through outbound calls to introduce and offer our products and services.
  • Clearly present product features and benefits, while confidently handling questions or concerns to match customer needs.
  • Turn leads into loyal customers by closing sales and consistently meeting both individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is required.
  • Familiarity with the US market and experience engaging with US-based customers is highly preferred.
  • Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and other sales-related software.
