Sales Agent

As a sales agent, applicants hold a vital role in the company's supply chain and are expected to establish and maintain rapport to potential clients (mostly B2B with the occasional end-user/B2C), make sales and complete transactions, and possibly formulate and suggest sales strategies.

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Study and memorize designated product lines.
  • Identify prospects/potential clients.
  • Establish and cultivate customer relationships, particularly procurement/purchasing managers of other companies, including occasional fielding (i.e. meeting clients outside company property).
  • Close the deal
  • Meet monthly quotas by reaching and exceeding a specified financial threshold.
  • Coordinate and serve as contact point between client and the company's internal technical department to maintain customer support and after-sales services.
  • Write and complete activity reports every work day using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Preferred (not mandatory) graduated majors: business administration, marketing, liberal arts
  • Minimum graduated with associate's or bachelor's degree
  • Excellent memorization, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills

Salaries and Benefits

  • Starting monthly salary of ₱18,200-21,000 (depending on work experience, excluding college internships/on-the-job trainings), divided into two and distributed at the 15th and 30th of the month (with slight variation depending if the 15th or 30th lands on a weekend/holiday), inclusive of tax deductions and government program obligations (i.e. Income Tax, Social Security contributions, etc.)
  • Monthly sales commissions (depending if monthly quota is met, net profit per transaction, and percentage rate, applicable only after probationary period of 6 months)
