Be part of our client's team as a Business Analyst - Strategic Pricing, where you will translate business requirements into actionable solutions, improve processes, support strategic pricing initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders, perform data analysis, and contribute to impactful projects, all while working independently in a dynamic, virtual environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Practical Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a PMO or similar environment
• Proven track record in delivering business process improvements and successful project implementations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
• Previous experience with Australian or international stakeholders highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual or remote environment

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Technical understanding to translate business needs into effective solutions
• Knowledge of change management principles and ability to support change initiatives

Certifications & Training

• Certification in Business Analysis (IIBA or equivalent) preferred
• Training or certifications in project management methodologies considered an advantage
• PowerBI certification considered a plus

Your Impact in Action

• Engage with stakeholders through interviews and workshops to understand and document business requirements
• Ensure requirements accurately translate into technical specifications
• Maintain requirements traceability matrix to capture, track, and validate all business needs throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, or optimization
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and project plans
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs
• Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for tooling builds
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights for process improvements or solution development
• Support testing by developing test cases and ensuring solutions meet business requirements before implementation
• Assist in development and implementation of change management activities to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems
• Contribute to training materials and support process adherence
• Provide exception reporting and data insights to track progress and impact of initiatives
