ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements for various industries
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Perform financial analysis, and prepare written communication and deliverable packages for clients
• Communicate bookkeeping and payroll matters with clients
• Meet and consult with clients surrounding accounting, tax and various operational matters
• Assist in onboarding new clients and regularly communicate with existing clients
• Research and participate in implementing new technologies designed to elevate firm operations (as requested)
• Build professional network, and promote firm services for future growth

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any related course
• Atleast
  2-3 years
  Full-cycle accounting - bank reconciliations and coding all the way through preparing month-end financial reports
• Handled multiple clients
• Hands on experience in
  QuickBooks Online
  or any similar software
• Commitment to continuous professional improvement
• Organized and able to work independently
