Position Summary
As the Learning & Development Lead, you will manage the end-to-end capability development requirements for the organization, including training needs/gap analysis, designing a learning roadmap and provision of relevant learning interventions to the enterprise.

Role And Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

  • [Planning L&D strategy] Drive the establishment of L&D(Learning and Development) strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.
  • [Establishing and operating L&D infrastructures and policies] Promote strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture.
  • [Planning and managing projects] Oversee project planning, management of stakeholders/person in charge of a project, project execution, and process review.
  • [Competency assessment and L&D effectiveness evaluation] Drive evaluating learning solutions and projects, competency assessment and the decision-making upon profit.

Skills And Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Must have at least 4 years training design and execution experience
  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Willing to work on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig
