We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to drive the sales of our solar energy solutions, including solar panels, inverters, and portable power stations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in renewable energy technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and translate customer needs into effective energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, and portable power stations to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

  • Conduct site assessments and analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate system configurations.

  • Deliver product presentations and technical consultations to prospective clients.

  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and system layouts in collaboration with the technical team.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries throughout the sales process.

  • Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in solar technology.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering within the solar or energy sector.

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters (string, hybrid, micro), and portable power solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with off-grid and hybrid energy systems.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TESDA Solar PV Installation NC II, NABCEP, etc.).

  • Familiarity with solar installation standards and local electrical codes.
