The Office Engineer will handle the technical, administrative, and documentation requirements of the project. This role ensures that all records, reports, and correspondence are accurate, organized, and aligned with project timelines, while also supporting coordination between the site team and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Track project progress through schedules, logs, and status reports.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requisitions.
  • Review and process submittals, drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Monitor project expenses and assist in preparing billing and payment requests.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of project information.
  • Support the site team in addressing administrative and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer (PRC) preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in office engineering or project documentation (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite.
  • Can commit to a 6-month project-based engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
