JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities as a Data Analyst:

• Process raw data collected from onsite scans from the Proceq Pundit on the iPad application.

• Manage scanned data and ensure proper processing and reporting.

• Extract scan snapshots and location images from the cloud and format them into PowerPoint presentations for client reports.

• Ensure data integrity by following strict data management protocols, preventing accidental deletions, and managing cloud-based data effectively.

• Handle large datasets, potentially processing thousands of scan images into structured reports.

• Use Office 365 to manage and upload reports to the cloud for client access.

• Manage and streamline the reporting workflow, ensuring timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications as a Data Analyst:

• Proven experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting.

• Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel for report generation.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management.

• Experience working with iPad Pro and related applications.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
