About the Company

We are a private real estate investment firm with a focus on multifamily assets. Since 2013, we’ve owned and managed over 3,200 Multifamily units and USD $550M in assets, while also supporting clients with financial analysis, reporting, and AI-driven solutions. We’re a performance-driven, systems-focused team seeking a Financial Analyst to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards for both internal projects and external clients
  • Conduct variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and trend analysis to support decision-making
  • Review and process invoices, vendor payments, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Organize, maintain, and streamline financial and operational files, ensuring clean and audit-ready records
  • Assist in preparing investor or client reports with clear, reliable data and insights
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and technology teams to improve financial processes and tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial analysis methods, reporting systems, and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to learn and use AI tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate outputs under deadlines
  • Friendly, collaborative and supportive team culture
