We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support the development and execution of analytics initiatives that drive business insights and decision-making. This role involves implementing analytics solutions, contributing to development best practices, and collaborating closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality analytics output and supporting the growth of our analytics capabilities. Shift Structure TBA Responsibilities Support and execute analytics initiatives and ensure timely delivery of data projects. Contribute to establishing and upholding coding standards and development best practices. Participate in decisions related to data solution architecture and tool selection. Help define and implement development methodologies for analytics workflows. Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to improve solution quality. Work with stakeholders and the Data & AI team to gather requirements, deliver insights, and communicate project progress. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or analytics development. Python is preferred but Tableau experience is required. Solid understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytics best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
