Schedule: Hybrid Work Arrangement, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Location: Ugong, Pasig

As an Accounts Manager, You'll Do

  • Cost estimate creation, ensuring accuracy in line items and costs
  • Creatives job order (JO) creation
  • Monitoring and mobilization of the Project Execution Plan and Creatives Job Order; and adherence to company policies from pre- to post-project (e.g. liquidations, etc…)
  • Attainment of individual quarterly and yearly targets set by the Immediate Supervisor
  • Client servicing, decisive managing, and communicating client requests and requirements clearly and effectively; establishing ownership, trust, and dependability on every project/client handled
  • Client acquisition depending on the number of new clients set by the IS
  • Confident presentation of pitch decks in project bids using Project Duo's preso flow and technique
  • Other tasks which may be assigned from to time

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate of a Business-related course, Marketing, Communication Arts, or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in any of the following companies: Events and BTL Agency (Preferred), 360/Digital Marketing and Social Media Agency, Brand and Corporate Marketing, Creative and Production Agency.
  • Has a passion for client servicing
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Has self-motivation and discipline, even with minimal supervision
  • Has initiative, is proactive, and can multi-task
  • Has the ability to create connections and effectively manage clients

Nice-to-Haves:

  • With an existing roster of clients
  • Has knowledge in digital marketing or above-the-line advertising
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and/or Keynote.
